Pre-sale dispatch

This first run is a pre-sale, and every order is dispatched from 1 December 2026. You're charged at checkout in the normal way, and nothing ships before that date. That's why the only delivery option at checkout, in every country we ship to, reads "Pre-sale: ships from 1 December 2026".

If the dispatch date moves, we'll email everyone who has ordered before it moves, and say why. If you'd rather not wait, email us and we'll cancel and refund your order in full, shipping included, at any point before it's dispatched.

How long delivery takes

Checkout shows no delivery time, because nothing leaves the warehouse before 1 December 2026. We'll publish carrier estimates once the first run is in the warehouse and we have real transit times. Until then, what we expect, counted from dispatch rather than from when you order, is a few business days inside the United States and one to two weeks for most international orders. Switzerland and Norway take longer: two to three weeks.

Carriers, customs and public holidays all move delivery times around. The tracking link in your dispatch email is the most accurate answer.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Any tax calculated at checkout is shown before you pay.

Some countries charge import duty, value added tax or a customs handling fee when the package arrives. That applies in particular to Norway and Switzerland, which sit outside the European Union customs union. Those charges are set by the destination country, they aren't collected by us, and they're the recipient's responsibility. We can't mark a package as a gift or understate its value.

If something goes wrong

Email brad@drstanfield.com if your package arrives damaged, does not arrive, or stalls in tracking for longer than looks reasonable. We'll replace it or refund it.
