Privacy policy

Last updated 24 September 2026. This is the privacy policy for potassiumfiber.com. It explains what we collect about you, why, and who else sees it. If Shopify's standard privacy policy page on this store ever says something different, this page is the one that applies.

Who we are

This store is operated by Dr Brad Inc, 2810 N Church St, PMB 67699, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. For the purpose of United Kingdom and European data protection law, Dr Brad Inc is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at brad@drstanfield.com.

The short version

We collect what we need to sell you a pouch of powder and get it to your door, plus the ordinary technical information any website collects. We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect health information about you, and we would ask you not to send us any.

What we collect

  • Things you give us. Your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Anything you write to us in an email or a contact form.
  • Payment details. Your card details go to our payment providers, not to us. We see enough to identify the transaction, such as the card type and the last four digits, and whether it succeeded.
  • Technical information. Your device type, browser, internet protocol address, the pages you looked at and how you arrived at the site. This is collected by Shopify, our store platform, and by Shopify's built-in analytics.
  • Marketing preferences. Whether you asked for our emails, and whether you opened them.

Why we use it

To take and fulfill your order, take payment, and tell you where your package is. To answer you when you write to us. To handle returns and refunds. To keep the store secure and detect fraud. To meet our tax, accounting and consumer law obligations. To send you marketing email, if you have asked for it, which you can stop at any time.

Where the law asks us to state a legal basis: performing our contract with you covers orders, payment and delivery; our legitimate interest in running and protecting a shop covers security, fraud prevention and basic analytics; consent covers marketing email and non-essential cookies; and legal obligation covers tax and accounting records.

Who else sees it

We use other companies to run the shop, and they see only what they need:

  • Shopify, which hosts this store, processes orders, sends order emails and provides the store's analytics.
  • Payment providers, who take and verify your payment.
  • The warehouse and the carriers that pack and deliver your package. They get your name, address and phone number.
  • Our email provider, for marketing email you have asked for.
  • Our accountants and advisers, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.

This store runs no advertising pixels or tracking tags from advertising companies such as Meta, Google or TikTok.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense those terms are used in United States state privacy laws. If we ever wanted to, we would ask you first, and we will update this policy before any advertising pixel is added to the store. You can also use the Your Privacy Choices page to record an opt-out.

Where it goes

We are a United States company and our service providers are mostly in the United States. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your information will be transferred out of your country to reach us. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law recognizes, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the United Kingdom's equivalent, unless the destination has been found to offer adequate protection.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in practice means several years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.

Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the store to work at all, such as remembering what is in your cart. Others help us understand how the site is used. Where the law requires your consent for the second kind, we ask for it, and you can change your mind. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies, though the store may not work properly if you block the essential ones.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email brad@drstanfield.com and ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another United States state with a consumer privacy law, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, along with a right to appeal if we turn a request down.

If you are in Australia, you have rights of access and correction under the Privacy Act 1988, and you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may make a request for you where the law allows it.

Children

This store is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and this product is not intended for children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you where the law requires it.
